Im new to linux and have tried some other versions Red hat, SUSE. I never was able to get them set up though. :D This version is different though it boots up with my sound, network, and video drivers all installed and working perfectly :D
My question is, is there a way to transfer the configuration into my other versions of linux to get them to run.
Thank you all for your help
:D

certainly in part.
atleast with a Debian install.
You most certainly will get them working without Knoppix with a bit of tinkering.
what exactly is the problems?
the Xwindow environment settings are in /etc/X11/Xorg.conf or /etc/X11/Xfree86.conf (depending on distribution)
the Sound drivers? should be pretty much the same regardles of distribution, what exactly was the problem there?
as to network... what do you need?
