Problem with Remastering Knoppix 4.0

Hi,
I am trying to remaster KNOPPIX 4.0 .. I can able to get the ISO. But when i am trying to boot with that ISO it says "KNOPPIX FILE SYSTEM NOT FOUND" and giving super user prompt with minimal options.. and its not booting after that..

Plz, provide me necessary solution to the problem...

Have you replaced the kernel? You must have also cloop.ko and unionfs.ko modules compiled to that same kernel you use. If in minirt.gz's /modules directory is wrong cloop.ko you get the error message you mentioned.
