vsftp - in Knoppix - error

Im trying to install vsftp in konppix 3.8.1, when i tryed to conect using gFTP this message apears

500 OOPS: vsftpd: both local and anonymous access disabled!

I change the permisions in hosts.alows and host.deny like default and the message that appears now is

230 Login successful.
SYST

500 OOPS: cap_set_proc
TYPE I

215 UNIX Type: L8
PWD

500 OOPS: vsf_sysutil_recv_peek
Invalid response '5' received from server.
Disconnecting from site 192.168.1.103

What i have to do ?
