set IP address?

Is there a cheatcode or something to set the IP address?

If not, is there some documentation about networking and setting IP address instead of using DHCP? I need something in English. The only Networking FAQ I could find was in German and all the English stuff assumed you were using DHCP.

Go to setup your NIC. When it asks you do you want to use DHCP answer "NO" than it will ask you for IP data - adress, net mask, gateway,.......
