Cd problem

im having a problem with the cd (duh) the problem is.. that it wont boot the cd ive made sure that the bios tries to boot from the cd first.

was there sumthing i was supposed to run or extract that would burn it onto the cd because i just burnt the contents of the iso file that i downloaded

(it just stats booting windows)

help will be greatly appericated
