Hi everybody,

I am strating in linux world and I would like to boot with knoopix on an AMD k6-2 500 Mhz.
Is there a specific version of knoopix I should use to get optimised perfo ?

Nope. Knoppix is designed to work on everything that uses the intel x86 architecture: 486, pentium, K6, pentium pro, pentium 2, celeron, pentium 3, xeon, pentium 4, duron, athlon, opteron, etc.

Only choice is which version (generally wise to get 4.0.2 at the moment) and which language it defaults to (the EN version seems to be your best bet here). And, of course, if you want CD or DVD.
