Save and Restore NTFS HDD partition over network

Hello,

I'd wish to do a full copy of my Windows XP - NTFS partition to create an image, that I can restore later using KNOPPIX again. I want to use network to restore the image. Is there a program on the KNOPPIX 4.0 DVD that fits my needs?

certainly
dd, ssh, sftp, netcat, cat, split, partimage, gzip and tar can be used in different combinations to do what you want.
