Aside from getting into a X11 type display of exporting the entire workstation.. Basically, I've only found one GUI application I can run remotely with my SSH connection. I can run the program firewall in /etc/init.d and it brings up the GUI for the applicaion. This brings me to my next question. What do the color schemes mean in the shell? For instance in the /etc/init.d directory it shows all the files in green except the firewall which is in light blue and is the GUI application I just mentioned. I've seen other light blue files but they aren't a GUI applicaion. Any help appreciated. TBH.
