Hi.
We've been looking at linux on UMPC devices over at Carrypad.com and Origamiportal.com
We got Damn Small Linux running (I think we must be some of the first to get linux working on these devices) but i'd like to see Knoppix running asap.
With knoppix we get the problem 'dropping to minial shell' which I presume is becuase it can't see the USB CDROM drive.
We're about to try these boot options but they guy in the U.S. that actually has the Tablet Kiosk Eo UMPC is now in bed!!
knoppix nomce fb800x480 xmodule=fbdev
Can anyone give us any pointers for getting boot from USB CDROM to work?
