deleting certain windows files with knoppix?

I am having a problem with my dad; he installed a program on the Windows OS that reads my instant messanges. I think this is a complete invasion of my privacy and I want it off. Is there any way I can delete these files using Knoppix even though the permisions are set up so I can't even edit the files?
