Need help knoppix 4 qemu/windows from 4gb usb stick no boot

I just want to be able to run knoppix 4 within qemu from my 4gb usb stick from within windows. Ive got damn small linux runnig from it now with qemu but its too scaled down, I need all the feature of knoppix 4.

I dont want it to boot to usb I already have another one for this.
Any ideas? I just want to run knoppix 4 from with an emulator in windows.
