Can I load knoppix live cd from grub without burning it?

I want to try knoppix but I don't wan't to burn it.
I know that it is possible in PclinuxOS and kanotix live cd.

Can I do it here?

I don't know about grub, but assuming you have a Linux running
(you mentioned Kanotix) you may want to try
'qemu -cdrom /path/to/knoppix.iso'. You'll need at least 256 MB
RAM, though.
