V5.0.1 CD "cloop: zlib decompression error -5"

I have just downloaded the ISO for V5.0.1 and burned a CD but I am getting multiple "cloop: zlib decompression error -5" messages during the boot process. Unfortunately, even with a 132x80 screen, any messages that may have preceeded the "cloop: zlib decompression error -5" messages have scrolled off the page so there may be a more obvious problem that I could deal with if I knew what it was.

Has anyone else seen these messages?

cloop errors indictate either a bad CDR disc, or the CDR burned too fast or the reader drive is too sensitive. See My PC will boot off of the burned disc. It is strange since it loads but then stalls or it loads but is giving me I/O errors. What's going on?
