setting the language

I am trying to remaster knoppix v3.6. The version is in German and i would like it to be in english for example, when i boot the cd i type : knoppix lang=en. I want it so i dont have to type that in.

Is there some code tha i can enter when i am remastering the cd.

I think that dinosaurs like Knoppix 3.6 have isolinux.cfg file; follow instructions from the wiki; when Knoppix will be "unpacked" from CD to hard disk don't chroot to KNOPPIX dir, but edit file /some_dir/master/boot/isolinux/isolinux.cfg; change language code in kernel parameters

if you chroot to KNOPPIX, you can add more languages by editing file /etc/init.d/knoppix-autoconfig

then prepare knoppix.iso
