changing user image?

i have knoppix 5.0.1 installed on my computer. when i go to the control center and then clock in password and user accounts under the security and provacy section there is a thing you can click on to change ur user picture but when i click on it it say that my administrator has disdallowed changing my image....what did i do to make it say that?
