remastered cd will not boot

I have remastered knoppix v4.0. I have successfully created the iso. The iso is 618mb. I have burnt the iso using k3b. When i insert the cd and boot from it, it does not boot. But when i insert the cd into a pc with windows and check the contents the contents are there.

It sounds like you burned the file.
You need to burn it as an image. If you already know the difference, forgive me, as this is the usual problem.

Afer you made the iso file ,you can test it with VMWare. If it is ok, so burn the iso file with Alcohol.
