boot cdrom

Hi,
I would install knoppix 5.0 or 5.01 on an usb-drive. Unfortunately, knx2hd requires a floppy for the boot. It's impossible with the latest versions of knoppix accomplish this, according to Knopper. So.... how can I create a cd-rom for the boot?

works nice with a home image. not sure about the rest of your post.... let me guess. You get a window that says put in a floppy when you try to install knoppix and you don't want to use one. You want to make a boot cd instead of a boot floppy, is that right?
