Dell CERC SATA RAID 1.5 controller not properly recognized

I am using a Dell Precision 670, with the Dell (Adaptec OEM) CERC 1.5/6ch RAID controller, and a software RAID-5 array of four 250 Gb disks. Knoppix 5.0.2, on boot, recognizes that there are three partitions, corresponding to the Dell utility partition, the Windows partition, and the remaining RAID space, but cannot mount any of them. I understand that Adaptec and RedHat have developed the aacraid driver, which can recognize RAID filesystems off this controller. Is there any possibility that Prof. Dr. Knopper might include that driver in an upcoming release of KNOPPIX?

If you have your hands on version 5.0.2 then you know him better then I do :)
