Voice Recognition Software

Are there any voice recognition packages in KNOPPIX?

My wife is looking at www.voicerecognition.com right now. SHe's about to spend a pile of money on a WINDOZE solution (or is that an oximoron?). I'd rather not do that if at all posible.... 8)

did a quick check on http://linuxshop.ru/linuxbegin/win-lin-soft-en/ (good table of linux equivalents to windows progs). Doens't seem to be a good solution yet, but you might have a look at http://www.speech.cs.cmu.edu/sphinx/
