Hello All,
I recently formatted my macbook HD by accident(sounds impossible but it's not) and was told that this is a place I may wish to look into if I want to recover my data.
I have downloaded the latest knoppixCD through bittorent from the official site and have managed to run knoppix. How do I proceed from there?
I have searched the forums and only found answers for recovering ntfs/fat partitions. As Mac is in hfs/hfs+, will i still be able to recover the data using knoppix?
After I formatted my macbook HD i have not touched it. Also, I don't think it is a secure erase as it took less than 1 minute to format.
