I just tried klik on chemtool and it installs fine. You can also try downloading a Debian package from the Debian pacakges site. Do a google search for (e.g.) debian pacakges gperiodic. I usually choose packages from the "testing" section. My package for gperiodic was called gperiodic_2.0.7-5_i386.deb. This installed fine but is slightly different version from your package. I haven't tested the others.

First, install the klik client as described on the klik homepage and in the klik wiki

Second,
apt-get install libgtk1.2 (as some of those apps require it and it is not available on all systems by default)

Third, click on
klik://gperiodic
klik://geg
klik://chemtool
