Has anyone been successful getting the Broadcom 4318 chipset to work with the native diriver bcm43xx_microcode5.fw? How about using the NDIS wrapper?
From the dmesg output below it appears Knoppix 5.02 is attempting to load the native driver bcm43xx_microcode5.fw. I have Knoppix 5.02 running great from a USB
thumb drive and if I can get the Broadcom 4318 wireless working I would have a great solution when I connect to a open wireless AP. I have no problem researching this
issue but would appreciate any pointers/advice to get me started.
