Boot error

Hi

I am a new user to linux and i was try to use a live cd on my laptop asus a6je
with dual core cpu 2gb ram and 100gb sata hard disk.but with no luck.

I try to use the live cd auditor based on knoppix but when it boot i get this error:

ide0: I/O resource 0x1F7 not free
ide0: ports already in use, skipping probe

PS:It works great the same cd on my old desktop with a sata hard disk also.


Please help me.
