hey guys! i have a pc with winxp installed on a hdd. that hdd has 2 partitions. I would like to install knoppix 5.1 on the second partition of that hdd, and keep winxp. Can it be done? ...if so, how do i set up the booting? i mean, i tried to read about grube, but i didn't quite understood what do i have to do, and the documentation for grube i found reffered to a NTFS partition. i have my hdd partitioned as a fat32.

So, can anyone help me set the booting? what do i need to do? what proggies do i need?

thnx in advance!

When you install Knoppix it auto configures the GRUB bootloader so no problem but i dont know wich type of partition is your "Knoppix" partition because you will need to format it with a Linux partition
