Frequent RPM Dependency Error

Every time I try installing something using an RPM, I get this...

rpm -Uvh http://www.fedorafaq.org/yum http://rpm.livna.org/livna-release-6.rpm

as you can see I tried installing yum to fix this, but still it happens. any help please?
