Can't mount SCO UNIX Raid drive

I have a Dell Poweredge 4600 which was running SCO Unix with a startup error (/etc/init problem). So I'm trying to recover the data from the raid drives but Knoppix says the drives cannot be mounted automatically. They show on the desktop as /dev/sda4 & /dev/sdb4 but are unmounted. I've tried
mount -t sysv /dev/sda4 without success
Anyone any idea what the mount parameters should be
