I get the following error when trying to mount a ungziped minirt from 5.3.1:

mount minirt tmpmnt/ -t ext2 -o loop
mount: wrong fs type, bad option, bad superblock on /dev/loop0,
missing codepage or other error
In some cases useful info is found in syslog - try
dmesg | tail or so

The occurs on multiple systems using either 5.1.1 or 5.3.1

Did they chenge the file system type in minirt. If so, to what?
ext3 does not work either.

Pete,

Thanks for the info.

This info should go into the Remaster documentation.

This info should go into the Remaster documentation.
If you're talking about the wiki, that's a document that is maintained by the entire community. Feel free to put it there if you think it belongs, particularly if you have followed the instructions and they work.

I added the info as a new subsection in
Changing the boot graphic, boot message, and startup script text

Check it out and let me know if there are issues.

I doubt very much if I could spot a remastering issue. But if someone does hopefully they will correct it.
