I have a Windows XP system that freezes after it starts loading Windows. It has RAID0 ICH7R Intel Matrix Storage. I booted the computer with a Knoppix 5.3 DVD and tried using dmraid to activate the RAID.
$ dmraid -b
Gives me:
/dev/sdb: 312500000 total, "5MT3C0X6"
/dev/sda: 312500000 total, "5MT395KK"
Everything else I try with dmraid replies with:
No RAID disks
I don't know what to do next. Any advice on how to get data off of this RAID would be appreciated.
