Command Line Editors

Anyone know where I can find a list of all the command line editors (VI, VIM, ED, etc) that are installed/installable with the source ISO for Knoppix 5.3.1? Unix bash scripting with VI is killing me, and there has to be a better way than appending via CAT >> filename inserts.

Click the KDE menu button (left side of the task bar). Near the top of the menu is 'editors'. Mouseover that, and view the available editors. KWrite has the Windows familiar interface.

You really should become at least comfortable with vi/m. All *nixes are guaranteed to have have least that available.
