the install was hit/miss. sometimes it worked. other times not so well (a few different HD scenarios
issues;
1. upon updating software (through a gui), i get a report "not connected " , fine, but wait, i am connected through firefox/ or any other browser, google searches work, but how can i not be connected in the updating part ?
2. inside the updating gui, the menu (on the left) is all in German, and yet the package are (on the right side) is all in English . ?
for the record, i would prefer english, my german is not that good.
3, how can i setup a minimalistic desktop (without running E16) ? (no icons, or panel, and have menus from mouseclicks, (i like guis and all, but eterm is my choice if i need it)
