Anyone use Knoppix as a Live boot CD? I keep getting this error:

Accessing KNOPPIX CD at /dev/hda.../cdrom/KNOPPIX/modules/insmod: I/O Error
Can't find KNOPPIX filesystem, sorry.
Dropping you to a (very limited) shell.
Press reset button to quit

Where is the reset button or reset command? I am a newbee and can't find this information, either online or in forums?

Thanks,
Stuart

Well, duh!

Accessing KNOPPIX CD at /dev/hda.../cdrom/KNOPPIX/modules/insmod: I/O Error
Can't find KNOPPIX filesystem, sorry.
This is usually caused by a high speed burn, the ISO really needs to be burnt at low speed (I suggest 4x).
Other less common causes could include bad media, a marginal CD or DVD drive (including but not limited to dust or oil on the optics), or failing to check the md5 checksum before burning (if the download was bad).

I suggest that you might want to follow the documentation link near the top of this page and read the Downloading FAQ in our wiki, as there may be other things that you are not aware of.

You ask for the reset button/command. Have you never reset your PC before?
Best idea is to check the ordinary methods. But in case of bad booting, you may have to turn the machine off.
