These are the things I included into my customized knoppix, so perhaps if it can be considered for inclusion in the original knoppix :-

1. Cairo-dock inside compiz/lxde
2. Browser plugins :-
a) Java for running applets.
b) gecko-mpalyer plugin to play DivX, Quicktime, RealVideo, Window Media player files.
( Also mean included mplayer, gnome-mplayer and various codecs ).
c) Adobe Flash ( already included in knoppix ).
e) Adobe Reader ( already included in knoppix ).
3. Browser extension :-
Download Helper
4. Bittorrent and emule software.
5. K3b
6. Sun Virtual box

Almost everything, except for k3b, is already included in 6.3 DVD, I think.
I'm not sure k3b is a very good candidate if the bundled burning alternative(s) is very good. But I use it myself.

I am using a older version of k3b, the newer k3b has even higher dependency on kde. Gosh, why would a burner software has so much integration with desktop environment ?

I agree completely. It is diametrically opposite to the traditional and efficient Unix philosophy of integrating simple, optimized tools. Which of course may be somewhat off the target for a word processor, but not so much for basic utilities like CD/DVD burning tools.
