Folks,
We are at the end of our line trying to get the source code for KNOPPIX. We have followed the instructions to add the sources and packages to the sources.list file (Ubuntu v10.0) and we launched "apt-get update" to re-sync its database. Now, we are stuck in the mud. The part of the instruction that says "apt-get sources <package>" got us turned upside down. What should we use for "<package>". We need the sources to track down a bug in our code.
Background: We are currently running a Linux derivative on our Intel emulator running on mainframe hardware. Yes, folks. Mainframe hardware can launch thousands of these puppies with ease and blinding speed. Comparing VMWare to this stuff is like comparing a VW Beetle to a Porshe 911. No comparison.
Thanks for your help.
