Could you tell me how to install firefox on my computer , i'm currently use Knoppix 5.1 and i don't have HDD.

Firefox is actually there already (more or less) - it just goes by another name. Iceweasel is the name it goes by in this case, as there were some small changes due to licensing issues. The icon is sort blue-and-white (shown here (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Iceweasel-icon.svg).)

Ok, then why i still can't get flash player, wich is verry necessary plugin for a good internet surffing?
