Sound is not working?

I checked on my linux system It looks like i do have sound driver installed but when i go to youtube it does not play any sound. Is there a command which can display sound tray in taskbar and also to see if the driver is installed or not? If not than how can i install driver?

After digging threw some command i found this error.
