Hi all,
Was thinking that the syslinux version would be the latest 6.01 or even 6.0 but seems its an older version which has been uploaded for Squeeze (not Wheezy)

http://ftp-master.metadata.debian.org/changelogs/main/s/syslinux/unstable_changelog (i.e. the DD/DM changelog and not the actual changelog)

syslinux (3:4.05+dfsg-6+deb7u3)

whereas the version shared by Knoppix latest seems to be :-

ftp://ftp.knoppix.nl/pub/knoppix/knoppix-dvd/dpkg-l-dvd-720.txt

syslinux 2:4.05+dfsg-6+deb7u1

which was there about 6 months back :(

I'm planning to buy a lappy which has EFI and wanted to try it with Knoppix. Haven't had good results of EFI with the version shared by Debian.
