I complained about the latest version not booting on my home pc but works ok at the office.
I was able to make it boot by transfering my cd drive to 'secondary master' from being a 'primary slave' to my HD. It used to get stuck at boot up with /dev/hdb. Now it boots ok with /dev/sc0.
Perhaps this has something to do with the kernel? All my previuos knoppix cds did not have this problem. Also the office pc has its cdrom in /dev/hdb so what is it in my home pc that causes this?
