modem motorola sm56k speakerphone

My internal modem motorola sm56 speakerphone does'nt work. The reason is that this modem is a winmodem without driver for linux. Motorola has released a driver for sm56 but not for sm56 speakerphone.
There is a way for to able the modem to work?

Try using the Linux Motorola sm56. (So you won't have speakerphone support, so what)
