I Don't know if it's my keyboard or what but after it initilaZEs and says ... is recoized.. i get the main screen and these weird green dots and Knoppix Freezes on me..

what coould the problem be?

These "weird green dots" is that green bar with a 'wheeling' / next to it? Does it stop? Or does it run on and on and on (off the screen or linebreak)?

I would recommend looking in the CheatCodes (http://www.knoppix.net/docs/index.php/CheatCodes) Docs. Especially the no[xxx] cheatcodes can help most of the time (like "knoppix noapic").
