Would someone post the code for toram and tohd cheatcodes?

no, the changes are in linuxrc which is in miniroot.gz which is in boot.img :-)

I just remembered that I provided a boot.img for 06-06, so if you have not changed boot.img you can use that one from here:

It has some problems in combination of fromhd and toram, but those will also first be fixed in next knoppix :). And the general functionality will work ...

Hm, another problem could be that its a german boot.img so you should use knx-customize from Kester to change lang=de to lang=us or use your favorite editor for that.
