Multiple Monitor Support!?!

Hi, i'm new to Knoppix, and i have two screens i run with my Radeon 8500. Is knoppix capable of handling two screens? i wanna streatch my deskop accross the two, or use the virtual multiple desktop dealy to utilize the two monitors. Is this possible, or am i just stuck using the 2nd monitor as a clone?
