Hello,
I have installed Knoppix on the harddrive, things are working OK, but I have noticed that there are too many modules loaded (using lsmod), most of them are not used. I know those were probably needed to autodetect the hardware but is there any way to prevent them from loading.. here is the output of my lsmo:
