Hi,
I want to install an ATI driver, but dpkg says s.th. like lib...s1.2o cannot be overwrite. Is there a -force command for dpkg available like for rpm?
Thx.

--force-overwrite will do what you want although you should see if you can find a .deb you can install or check Gatos (http://gatos.sourceforge.net/) to see what they have. BTW you should backup the file you are trying to overwrite so you can restore it if something goes wrong.
