pango update...

Hello!
I'm using knopix and I've realized that I wnat to update pango... but pango don't wnat to be update...
when usin make (after ./configure) make says:
/usr/lib/libglib-2.0.so: file not recognized: File truncated
why?
I haven't got a clue...
