su rsp: /etc/sudoers is mode 0666, should be 0440

This is what I get after entering "su" on a recent remastering
(so I can't get into super-user mode).
Any ideas on what this means or how to get around it ?

Become root

chmod 0440 /etc/sudoers

Unfortunately it looks like you need to do this before recompressing your remaster.
