SCO and it's execs are raving, and are just trying to raise the paper worth if the failing business on the Stock Market, whilst trying to extort pocket change out of Linux users with bogus 'licensing fees'.
IBM, who they are attempting to sue, will soon tire of their annoying whine, and will crush them like a bug with a flick of their monstous legal appendage.

There seems to be no basis in fact to the SCO claims that 'their' code is in the Linux kernel, as they won't show anyone what they are claiming! :!:

That unfortunate double negative could be a very costly mistake where legal issues are concerned. Important to ensure the grammar is 100% correct, even in America, when litigation is in prospect!

sco's code probably is in the kernel, if they claim that variables, clsses and functions are theirs. They need to get a clue and stfu

I'm still trying to figure out if this is a joke or not.

You read the article, right? ;)

Yes, I have read about the entire episode from the start.
'Don't say nothing' = say everything.
In legal circles, the general advice is to say nothing; more or less what SCO is doing about their allegations!
Sloppy grammar and speech can land you in very expensive legal trouble, even if the OED recognises, if not accepting, double negatives in colloquial speech.

It looks like SCO code is in the Linux kernel- but SCO developers put it in there! Go to http://www.groklaw.net for the full story. :D
