Anyone knows how to install a .deb package on knoppix livecd system ?
This package accesses /usr/local ,which apparantely can't be accessed in write. (even with root)
Is there perhaps a way to overcome this ?
Right now I'm trying to use a NSM cd jukebox (4 scsi cd's,with 120 loads and serial RS-232 interface ) on knoppix.
The package I use come from :
http://packages.debian.org/unstable/otherosfs/jukebox-mercury.html
a source package exsists on :
http://packages.debian.org/unstable/otherosfs/jukebox-mercury.html
Can I adapt the source Makefile to make it work ?
