How to add apache and PHP4 to the Damn Small

I am trying to add apache and PHP4 to the Damn Small 0.4.10. for remastering. I found the apt-get installation always stopped at installing necessary dependent package "fileutils" which conflict to the coreutils.
Anyone succeed in doing this? and how ?

I notice fileutils from Knoppix is a null package, how to get it and install it on the system.
