Hi:
I tried Knoppix 3.3 at home yesterday and *everything* worked. There was a minor problem with CUPS, but that went away some how. :) I was most impressed by my printer, I've been trying to get it to work under Mandrake 8.2 for ages. Anyway, thanks, great job!
Here's the problem. I thought I'd show my friends at work how great Linux is, so before calling them all over to my desk, I checked to make sure it actually worked on my machine first. Good thing I did! My keyboard does not work properly. Sometimes it ignores keystrokes, other times it is ok, and yet other times it repeats the keystroke a number of times. Couldn't show them that, obviously. ;)
My keyboard is a "Chicony KU-9943 with hub". Their website is http://www.chicony.com . I did a "lspci -v" and a "lsmod"; they are attached below. Is there anyway to resolve this problem with a boot parameter perhaps? I'd really like to be able to show everyone the amazing job you did.
