Are there any tutorials for download?

I'm a complete newbie in Linux.
I'd like to know if there are any complete tutorials for download about Knoppix, setting up system on it, using it, and so on.

You will find that Linux has alot of documentation. Knoppix has it in the Docs (http://www.knoppix.net/docs/) section including downloading. I would suggest not using your browser but rather a download manager of sorts. Surely there is at least one download manager for windows that doesn't contain spyware.
